Our staff include Social Workers (MSW and RSW) and Professional Hypnotists. All of our Social Workers are Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists.

All staff are available by appointment only. We do not provide walk-in or crisis counselling services.

Please note Hypnotherapy with a Registered Social Worker is covered by most extended health benefit plans under Counselling services. Hypnosis with a Certified Professional Hypnotist and/or Coaching is not typically covered by benefit plans.

We offer direct billing with many providers, such as Green Shield, Canada Life, Manulife, and NIHB (Non-Insured Health Benefits for First Nations and Inuit).

NEW CLIENT BOOKING INFORMATION (PLEASE READ): Intake appointments for new clients are normally 2 hours, which includes the intake process and your first session if time permits. If you book a 1-hour intake appointment, it will include the intake process only. When you book an intake appointment, you will receive an online intake and consent form. Please complete it before your appointment. If this is not possible, it can be completed during your appointment.

For direct billing with NIHB, we require your legal name, date of birth and status number to request pre-approval three days prior to your appointment. If you book your intake appointment online, please complete your intake form with this information promptly or contact our office to provide it.

CANCELLATION POLICY We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of not less than $75.00 up to the full cost of the appointment. Clients who miss or late cancel two appointments (except in case of emergency) will be discharged, as this prevents others from accessing services.
