Hypnotherapy with a Registered Social Worker is covered by most extended health benefit plans under Counselling services.

Direct billing is available for Ontario clients with many insurance companies, such as Green Shield, Canada Life, Manulife, NIHB (Non-Insured Health Benefits for First Nations and Inuit) and many more. To direct bill NIHB, we require your legal name, date of birth and status number to request pre-approval three business days prior to your first appointment. If you book your intake appointment online, please complete your intake form with this information promptly or contact our office to provide it.

NEW CLIENT BOOKING INFORMATION (PLEASE READ): Intake appointments for new clients are normally 2 hours, which includes the intake process and your first session if time permits. If you book a 1-hour intake appointment, it will include the intake process only. When you book an intake appointment, you will receive an online intake and consent form. Please complete it before your appointment. If this is not possible, it will be completed during your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of not less than $75.00 up to the full cost of the appointment. Clients who miss or late cancel two appointments (except in case of emergency) will be discharged, as this prevents others from accessing services.
